Host Your Own Workshop
Villa d’Arte Toscana offers a unique setting for teachers, collectives, and creative groups seeking a place to work and live together.
Our second floor is fully equipped for group stays. The groups have access to:
- 6 Double Bedrooms (can be extended to 11)*
- 5 Bathrooms
- Library (books, lounge space, fireplace, record-player)
- Panoramic Loggia
- Fitness Room
- Gallery Spaces
- Sculpture Garden
The entire floor can be rented exclusively for your group.
*For larger groups, the third floor can also be used. It includes five additional double rooms (currently under renovation but functional), offering flexibility for expanded programs or visiting participants.
Join Art Workshops at Villa d'Arte Toscana
Disciplines offered:
- Sculpture (wood, marble, Yakisugi technique)
- Oil & acrylic painting
- Objects, installations
- Optional: calligraphy, tailoring, performance, nude drawing, yoga, screen printing, paper making, etc.
940 € / 7 nights
Structure:
- 7-day course (Saturday to Saturday)
- Instructors available daily 11:00–15:00
- Daily studio access 9:00–20:00
- Use of the sculpture garden
- Vernissage at the Villa & presentation on Friday evening
Led by Volker Scheurer & Ania Dzieżewska - founding artists
Volker Schuerer and Ania Dzieżewska are working artists, not academic instructors, and their approach is creative, flexible, and interdisciplinary.

- Tools or materials can be sourced for the purchase cost + 30% markup
- Accompanying person + €400
- Large/heavy works can be transported for a fee
