A LIVING
WORK OF ART
BY ARTISTS, FOR ARTISTS
"Art is not made in neutral rooms. The walls matter. The view matters. The stories matter."
Villa d'Arte Toscana welcomes professional artists, academics, and creators seeking an inspiring environment for dedicated work.
Our residency program is designed to provide uninterrupted space and time within a unique setting, allowing artists to immerse themselves fully in their craft.

Art Residency at Villa d'Arte Toscana
Included in the Residency
Our residencies are booked privately and include:

Accommodation
Stay in one of six artist-designed rooms, each with its own color palette, artworks, and story. The Villa itself becomes part of your creative process — quiet mornings, natural light, and the rhythm of a living art space.

Studio Space
Work freely between our gallery studio and the garden. The indoor space offers calm and focus; the garden invites movement, performance, and dialogue with nature. Both evolve with each residency — just like the work created here.

Final Exhibition
Every residency ends with an open presentation in the gallery or garden. Share your work with a local audience, meet other artists, and leave your mark on the Villa’s ongoing story.

Kitchen Access
Artists have shared access to the main kitchen — equipped with Smeg appliances and everything needed for communal meals or late-night drinks. It’s often where the best conversations start.

Garden Access
The sculpture garden and terraces are open to all residents. It’s a place for reflection, sketching, or simply watching the Tuscan light change over the hills.

High-speed Internet
While the Villa encourages disconnecting from noise, reliable Wi-Fi is available throughout the space for research, communication, and creative sharing.
